Richard Chapman was very informative as well as generous with his time. I got alo out of the conversation.

Helix Law was recommended to me and I would recommend them to other people in a similar position. Their services were very easy to access.
When we visited Helix Law's offices we were greeted very pleasantly with efficient front office staff. Our assigned Solicitor was professional at all times, approachable and communicated well.
Up against a very crooked and dishonest outfit, the understanding of the severity of the situation was excellent. The communication was excellent at all times and Helix's choice of Counsel was first class.

I have used Richard Chapman at Helix Law twice.
His advice was very clear and delivered in a professional fashion.
What I particularly liked was his ability to explain complicated issues in a straightforward manner.

Very unprofessional service! Time wasters!

The reason I reached out to these guys is because of the reviews, here and elsewhere. Unfortunately, my experience was very different. I reached out and discussed my case with them and they were very helpful. I explained that the situation we'd been left in made it tricky to pay an upfront fee. They offered to defer the payment and I was very happy. I sent a couple of follow up questions (which I conceded afterwards didn't come across as intended) and they cancelled their offer and refused to respond to any emails. Never have I seen anything like it. I'm my personal opinion, I'd strongly recommend against using their services.

Completely in shock at how I've been treated. I hired Helix Law to administer time-critical landlord notices which had to be sent out on a particular date. They failed to do so, and have completely ignored my emails and phone calls since missing the deadline. The notice is now a week overdue and I have had to take matters into my own hands.

I have received no explanation and zero contact from them as to why and despite my escalating the issue to their complaints department I have heard nothing. It's incredibly unprofessional and rude and I have given them multiple chances to iron this out and offer an explanation to remedy the situation. Clearly, they do not care about their clients, and whilst the work I employed them to do was time-critical and urgent to me I shudder to think how they would treat people in more pressing circumstances.

This is a fantastic little firm who go and beyond to support you. I was successful in a litigation case which I only had a few days to put forward a challenge. The tenacity and effort was tremendous from everyone there. There's an enormous amount of business acumen. I was very pleased as I had a successful count claim.

On previous advice, a pragmatic approach was taken from the advice given at the time. I was so grateful which gave me the opportunity to apply my own commonsense in doing the right thing, even if it was to not take up further dispute.
