Producto entregado en plazo acordado (teniendo en cuenta que eran Navidades). El producto tal cual se muestra en la web (Bangkok). El freno de disco trasero no ajustaba perfecto y me facilitaron los videos y manuales para ajustarlo.

Très bon rapport qualité / prix. Livraison un peu longue (lié à la période) mais vélo bien emballé et montage facile.

I ordered online a bike in Germany. The quality of the bike is acceptable for the price. The shipping was fast and it arrived in good condition. The staff was kind answering questions via WhatsApp. In summary, the bike components are not great quality but it is generally a good value for money as far as you are willing to assemble it yourself.

A few small scraches on frame other wise fine

Por un momento me puse nervioso ya que la bici es mi regalo de Reyes y lei los comentarios y me puse ufff pero algunos disen que llegan bien a si que suerte estaba buscando una buena y VI una que me gusto si llega bien compro más en la tienda

Good price-quality bike. The shipping was super fast. Really happy with the product. It needs a few adjustments at the beginning but nothing difficult for regular bike user.

Buena relación calidad precio. El envío fue super rápido. Estoy muy contento con el producto. Necesita algunos ajustes al principio pero nada complicado para usuarios de bici de nivel medio.

Brought a scooter from Helliot, arrived with a faulty battery that couldn't last 30 minutes on eco mode. Contacted them and they sent me an address to return the scooter. Once the scooter was sent they denied receipt of the scooter despite the fact that my tracking showed they had signed for the delivery! I even sent them the tracking number and they said that wasn't good enough and that they needed a delivery note??? £200 down the drain, I was tempted by the low prices. Please don't make the mistake I did absolute fraud of a company.

Materiale pessimo, problemi sul cambio della bici e su freni.
Solo esteticamente sono belle bici.

Een zwaar beschadigde fiets aan de deur. Hier gelijk actie in ondernomen, Helliot Bikes erover ingelicht, maar al gelijk kregen wij de schuld. Namelijk dat bij hun nooit fietsen beschadigd de fabriek verlaten. Ik had alles vastgelegd met foto’s en teruggestuurd. Als compensatie kregen we het voorstel van 15euro, zodat we alle plekjes konden bijsluiten. Echt schandalig. Uiteindelijk de fiets geretourneerd met alles bewijzen, en zelfs aangetekend laten verzenden. Ik weet wanneer zij de fiets in ontvangst hebben genomen. Maar ze ontkennen dit!! Weg bedrag van 268! Vreselijk. Dat zulke mensen een bedrijf mogen runnen....

Buena calidad precio, mejoraría ciertas cosas de la bici pero por lo que pague está realmente bien

I have bought a fat bike and I do not recommend it to anyone, the front suspension is stuck, the brakes are of poor quality, the left pedal crank has bent in a week (I already had to change it), the gears are bad, It only works well in 2 speeds, the frame arrived damaged and where the wheels are attached, it bends easily, the bearing on the handlebar is also very poor quality, the only thing that is saved are the wheels, it shows that the bike is manufactured in China with very cheap materials, if you want a bike of this type, I recommend that you spend a little more money and do not buy it in helliot bikes

Attention voyous vélo livré avec une roue d'occasion un pneu qui était déformé une jante enfoncée malgrés un emballage parfait le sav vous fait tourner en rond en essayant de mettre la faute sur le livreur alors que il est évident qu'ils sont de mauvaise fois et vicieux
le vélo est beau mais fragile les pneus ont du mal à tenir sur la jante au moment du gonflage
très mauvaise entreprise qui vu le déroulement de mon histoire me laisse à penser qu'ils en ont rien à faire des avis et leur système bien huilé pour ne faire aucun SAV

I had the bike assembled at a shop and the workman phoned me to tell me that it's a piece of junk and I should send it back. He said that it's unsafe to ride as the wheels are poor quality and will break, it has parts of screws missing meaning they will fall out soon, the brakes barely work and the gears are poor quality. He told me I'd been ripped off if I paid more than 50 euros for it. After a few weeks of light use it's already clunking and I'm worried it won't even last more than a few months.

In short: DO NOT BUY

A bit difficult to navigate through the site. But, once I got to the bike I wanted, smooth from there on. Bike arrived in time and it was in the condition one would expect.

La bici ha un bel colore, funzionante e arrivata in una settimana, vale il suo costo.

And then I’ve paid for 2 bikes I just wanted 1 but by accident and I wanted to decline the order they told me no please don’t.
We will refund you the money , and send one bike I said ok.
Ive received one bike with a hole in the front wheel also
2 months further now asking them every week for my money of the other bike
Soooo sad still running behind my money !!
