Vale io suo costo, consiglaita

Dinero tirado.
Nada más salir por la puerta la “pata de cabra” no se puso bien y al caer se partió el cambio. A los dos dias, al girar demasiado el manillar se cayó en parado y se dobló el cuadro, vamos de risa. No es una bici de 1000€ pero costó 200€ que ya es dinero y tiene peor calidad que un triciclo de niño.
Como digo DINERO TIRADO A LA BASURA.

Informazioni avute sempre on-time, all'arrivo la fatbike è stata semplice e veloce da montare.
La bici è molto bella e funzionale, forse un pò pesante ma essendo una fat bike c'è tutto.
Consiglio vivamente Helliot Bikers ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Nice design, but dangerously poor quality. The installation manual was for another bike and not even useful for my model of bike.
Screws are worn-out when fastening, levers on the handlebars are installed upside down (no not de handlebar itself, you cannot just turn it).
The breaks are not working, needed to be replaced. The chain was nearly broken new and replaced also. There are no lights (we knew that before) no reflecting parts, no bell. The bicycle does not meet the Dutch legal requirements for use on the street.
Better buy a cheaper secondhand of a better brand bike for your convenience ;-)

Experiencia negativa, a los pocos días de comprar el patinete el caballete se perdió. El patinete viene completamente montado por lo que no es normal que eso ocurriera, sí viniera sin montar podría haber sido que lo dejáramos flojo y se soltara, pero no fue el caso. Lo reclamé y me dijeron que comprara uno, escribí al correo de gerencia explicando también lo sucedido a parte del departamento de postventa y de información y gerencia ni me ha contestado. Así funciona esta empresa.

Cumplió con las expectativas.
La bici cumple su función y es muy bonita.

Tenho lido muitas críticas negativas sobre a Helliot Bikes aqui, por isso comprei uma bicicleta de teste. Em primeiro lugar, a bicicleta chegou bem na caixa (vejo muitas pessoas dizerem que veio arranhada) A bicicleta veio junto sem nenhum problema e se você realmente precisa das instruções para ajudá-lo a montar uma bicicleta, então é melhor levá-la para alguém . A moto me parece perfeita, tudo se encaixa muito bem, a moto definitivamente não parece uma moto mais barata. Estamos muito felizes com a Helliot, e estou fazendo minha próxima compra no momento, com uma entrega de 4 dias da Espanha para Portugal que é incrível. Agradeça a Helliot e envergonhe os odiadores. Também antes de dizer que esses comentários são falsos, entre em contato comigo.

I have been reading allot of bad reviews on Helliot Bikes on here, so I went and bought a test bike. Firstly the bike arrived just fine in the box ( i see allot of people say it came scratched) The bike went together with no problem and if you really need the instructions to help you put a bike together then its best you take it to some one. The bike seems perfect to me, everything fits nicely, the bike definitely does not feel like a cheaper bike. We are very happy with Helliot, and I am making my next purchase as we speak, with a 4 day delivery from Spain to Portugal that is pretty amazing. Thank Helliot and shame to the haters. Also before saying these reviews are fake you are welcome to contact me.

Comprei uma Hummer, o prazo de entrega foi rápido e bem embalada, sem qualquer defeito.

Imballo arrivato in condizioni pessime, manopole della bici tutte macchiate,graffi vari sul telaio ed un tacchetto del freno anteriore rotto. Occorrono almeno 30/40 euro per farla accomodare a puntino. Unica nota positiva l'estetica, per il resto non la ricomprerei!

Ich habe ein Fahrrad für meinen Sohn bestellt, innerhalb von 10 Tagen erhalten. Wir waren begeistert. Die Probefahrt hat das Bike problemlos überstanden. Ich kann die Kritik nicht teilen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist okay.

The package arrived from Spain to Portugal in 5 days. The packaging is of high quality. The only advice is to check the air chamber size before mounting the wheel. The design and quality of the bike parts are pleasing. I did not notice any minor defects. At the time of purchase, the value for money was the best offered by the search engine. I recommend to buy.

I purchased 2 scooters last year one from helliot another from scooter city the scooter from scooter city has died and won't go anywhere , the scooter from helliot is still going strong without any issues, so go with helliot scooters , far better product , in fact I'm thinking of buying another

Despues de recibir la compra de un patinete electrico .E quedado muy satisfecho,El montaje de algunas partes fue facil y me llevo poco tiempo.el funcionamiento del patin desde el primer momento fue muy bueno.

Excellent, and quick, just what I wanted for the price I wanted!!!

First bike got lost. Not fault of Helliot but of post order service. Second bike came in super fast delivery. Everything fine, only wrong manual of different bike, still got everything fixed. Nice bike, looks cool, does its job.

Terrible experience on all fronts. Avoid at all costs. The bike I got was sent without the brake disk. When I asked for it, they sent it without the screws to attach it. I had to go to a bike shop to buy my own screws. But everything in the bike is defective, the gears jump constantly, the breaks don't work. The customer service is totally unresponsive.

Null Sterne! Das Fahrrad kam mit Schäden an. Hab es reklamiert und nach Spanien zurück gesendet, auf eigene Kosten! Lag 2 Wochen in der Post in deren Stadt. Zwei Zustellversuche blieben erfolglos. In der kaum zu übersetzenden spanischen Paketzusteller Website war ersichtlich, dass beim ersten Mal keiner die Ware angenommen hat und zwei Zustellversuche erfolglos blieben. Das Paket kam zurück und die haben NIE wieder geantwortet. Habe mich an die Europäische Verbraucherschutzzentrale gewendet, die haben an ihre spanischen Kollegen geschrieben. Die Firma hat auch hier nie darauf reagiert. Auf einen Rechtsstreit habe ich keine Lust.

Abzocke durch Verbrecher.

ERGÄNZUNG: Da Helliot Bikes, aka Fitness House Innovation S.L, anscheinend mehr Energie in die Verifizierung von Trust Pilot Bewertungen steckt um so den Ruf aufzubessern als in ihren Service...

Auch der Service ist an Dreistigkeit kaum zu überbieten und mega frech. Als ich geschrieben hatte dass das Rad Lackschäden hat und das Material aus den Felgen herausgebrochen ist, meinten die nur so: Wenn Ihnen das Produkt nicht gefällt soll ich es auf eigene Kosten innerhalb von 14 Tagen zurück senden. Und das nur damit die nicht die Rücksendungskosten übernehmen.

Kein Rabattvorschlag bzw. Preisminderung, keine Warenrücknahme.
