The service provided by Help4addiction has been hugely important in helping my wife and I cope with the most difficult time of our lives as we have struggled to cope with our son's addiction problems.

Not knowing who to turn to for advice or just having no-one independent to talk to is deeply stressful. The staff at Help4addiction have been everything we needed. So easy to talk to, great listeners, non-judgemental, experienced, knowledgeable and above all positive. Our son remains in therapy and it's too early to say whether he will ever fully recover. What I do know is that their input has made sure that we have been able to do everything possible to give him the best chance These dreadful times would have been far more difficult to navigate without their support.

Excellent service...my concerns were dealt with compassionately and in a professional manner. They truly have an in depth knowledge of the issues associated with addiction and how it not only impacts the individual but their family members also. I must give a shout out to Jane, she was excellent and helped me to promptly secure a space for my loved one that was suitable and affordable - a life saver! I’ve already recommended the service to a friend who was also amazed by this service. I Highly recommend.

I stumbled accross help4addiction online. I was not in a good place at this time and I didn’t know where to turn so when I phone up, they were extremely nice, understanding and helpful. They talked me through options and recommended me a treatment centre in Bournemouth where I spent 7 weeks. It was the best thing I’ve ever done, I couldn’t have done it on my own . I’m approaching 60 days clean in a couple of days and I’m feeling better than I ever have.. It is daunting and bloody scary reaching out, let alone considering going to rehab, but it’s so worth it! Life is for living and this has enabled me to live again . I recommend thinking about it . T

I don't even know where to start with thanking this wonderful organisation for the help they have given to my son. 'Thank you' just isn't enough to express how they not only saved my son's life, but saved my sanity. Drug addiction as most people know doesn't just affect the addict but it impacts on the families too. For two years I called upon this organisation, in tears, with nowhere else to turn, when the situation was getting so bad with my son and every time someone was at the end of that phone giving me the support that I needed as a parent, a mother and someone as desperate I was to get my son help. I cannot thank them enough for that. March 2020 my son eventually decided that he 'wanted' the help although always said he 'needed' the help. When he told me he 'wanted' the help I knew he was ready and within 24 hours he was on his way to rehab, having made the most life-changing decision he has ever made and 10 months on he has remained clean and sober and I couldn't be more proud of him. A man now enjoying a life he never thought he would see again. I now have my son back, he has his family back and we are all there to support him. I could not be prouder of the man he has become. But he would never have achieved this without the wonderful, dedicated, caring, knowledgeable and caring staff that have brought him this far. THANK YOU everyone involved in his care. I wish everyone involved in rehab at present the best of luck and remember there is a life out there worth living - and Help4Addiction are the people to make your dreams come true. My son's dreams came true and yours can too.

I could not be more grateful for the help and support I received from help4addictions. It can be an extremely intimidating step to take getting help for an addiction, but the staff and therapists were compassionate and understanding and I was put at ease from start to finish. The quality of therapy really is second to none and has continued to be in aftercare also. If you are thinking of getting help, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, it’s the best money I have ever spent and I literally owe them my life!

Over a period of 28 days I spent one and a half hours each day experiencing group therapy, this was for alcohol addiction. The experience was amazing and led me to believe I would be able to live a life without alcohol. Each member of the group had lots to offer and so listening and talking were of equal importance. This was a safe place where one could discus everything and anything about the addiction and you knew that no one would judge you. After completing the 28 I am now attending Aftercare once a week for 52 weeks. During those sessions information about how to live without an addiction is shared freely. To go through this in a group is massively beneficial... the support and encouragement from fellow addicts is immense and I don’t believe I could have done it successfully any other way

Extremely professional and discreet. Won’t say too much but they surpassed my expectations and got the results needed.
I don’t want reminders of a tough time but felt a positive review was the least I could do as a way of thanks.
