If you are unfortunate to own a home next to a building site run by this company, you are unlucky. They pay no attention to the noise regulations in the area they are working, and when they are asked to comply, you will receive abusive language and behaviour from the owner. Once he realises he has no option but to comply with the laws restricting noise during the summer months, he will blame his lack of progress on you. Make sure you are well informed of the laws in your area as you will need to remind them constantly of their obligations.
