Having used Heritage for the last few years for our Health Insurance I have found them to be so helpful. They offer great advice and nothing is too much trouble. They search the market each year for the best quotations follow the customers requirements and needs.

A staff member seemed to go from touting his credentials and reviews to being a bully and throwing abuse on social media. Not exactly the kind of behaviour that would endear me to a company. Chris Vowden is his name. Maybe you should vet your staff better.

I have been a customer with Kris from Heritage for seven years and have always had helpful and very knowledgeable client service. We were coming up for the annual renewal of our Health Insurance policy and Kris had done his usual professional job of finding the best option for us at a suitable price point. This entailed a move from Aviva to Vitality. However Kris then checked with Aviva to see if they could match the deal and finding that they could he recommended that we stay with Aviva as it would give us 3 years continuity and be easier for us to make a claim. Although this meant he would forfeit any commission from Vitality, he did this because it was in our best interests. Such integrity is rare in this day and age and Heritage are to be congratulated.

I have used James for my families health insurance for a number of years and I am in awe of the professionalism, patience and commitment James has to his customers.

He really cares and will go the extra mile to ensure your policy is working for you and is at the lowest possible cost.

This year, on renewal, I was pushed for time and was happy to simply renew. James wouldn't allow me to do that! He went back to the insurer, reduced the premium and got my cover increased - amazing!
