what a joke of a company. Avoid this company no matter how competitive they might seem. i was promised that I'd have the gates and fencing within 4 weeks. On the fifth week the order was coming and coming. It did eventually get delivered or at least part of it did. Whomever picked the order in the UK forgot to include the gates apparently but no one from Hermeq informed me of this. I was guaranteed that thursday that I'd have the gates by Tuesday or Wednesday the following week. I rang on Tuesday to follow up on delivery times. No response. I rang again on Wednesday and was told that the lorry was delayed because the ferry couldnt sail due to high winds. Strangely enough i didnt hear of any ferry cancellations on the news. The gates eventually arrived on the Friday. Surprisingly enough there were bags of bolts missing from the order, which i rang about yesterday and spoke to the boss but he never came back to me as he promised in relation to getting these bolts delivered ASAP

I have used this company a good few times and each time there has been an issue. But no more as about 3/4 weeks ago I purchased an item from there website to be told 3 days later that it was €190 more so cancelled the order a few days later as got the item cheaper elsewhere, but now 3 phone calls later I am still waiting on my refund..

The delivery price on their website is faulty. It came in at free delivery but based on reviews and the fact that I needed the item quickly I called them up and then the real delivery price was €125! That the website was "glitchy". From what I see they take your money and then delay or call you back asking for more money for delivery.

I have experienced an absolute catastrophic failure by this company to deliver a standard order of off-the-shelf items. I was happy with a three week lead time, which became four weeks, and then six weeks, then five weeks, then six and a half weeks and then they cancelled the order because they couldn't manage to fulfill it! In the meantime they had taken full payment and completely delayed my project by leading me along with promises of delivery. If receiving your items after you pay for them is a priority for you it might be best to avoid this company.

I have been working with Hermeq and Sarah Upton has been quite helpful during the process , She outs great effort into finding me the correct products for the project i am working with. Her help making the experience very smooth. I truly appreciate her support and recommend the company.

I delt with these guys a couple of days ago (Ben) from the sales team couldnt have done enough for me. Very polite, very helpful and went above and beyond for me. Answered every question and query I had to the top of his knowledge, even gave me some pointers on a few buts i didnt even know I needed couldn't recomend these guys enough

A genuine company who seems to care about their clients and that is evident from the first minute to the last.
A gentleman by the name of Ben dealt with me and I was extremely happy with his efforts and care.

Very reasonable prices and their customer service was great! I dealt with Ben and he was so helpful throughout the whole process! Will be using them again and am happy to recommend them.

Their sales staff are decent in fairness to them. However, after my order was completed I was contacted again to say the delivery price quoted on the website wasn’t enough and they wanted to double it! So, I had to cancel the order.

Yet their FAQ states: “Our delivery costs are calculated automatically using a clever algorithm that takes into account the items in your shopping basket and the postcode you require the items delivered to.” – so much for that then!
