We found Hern and Crabtree to be very efficient and courteous during the sale of our home.

I called these agents on recommendation of a friend. My experience from the initial call to arrange an assessment to the property going onto the market couldn’t be bettered. The friendliness & professionalism of all of the staff along with expert knowledge & willingness to help has really impressed me. Only a week from engaging the agents to all details ready to go, very impressed just hoping for a quick sale now!

Very pleased with the experience so far, friendly sales team and not at all pushy. Photographs have been taken and received a link soon to review them promptly - I’m really pleased with how they’ve been taken.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I needed to sell in a hurry and this was achieved with their excellent service. The staff made the process less stressful and were supportive throughout.

I have nothing but praise for the staff at Hern & Crabtree. I have recently sold my house through them and from the very beginning of the process to the end the staff couldn't have been more professional, courteous, knowledgeable and they made the whole experience far less stressless for me. I dont want to single out any particular person as they were all marvellous. So Anna, Mitchell, Natalie and Gina you have been such a great help to me in more ways than one and I would have no hesitation in recommending the whole company. Also a mention for Rhys whose patience has been admirable coping with my numerous queries.

Excellent estate agents to deal with. Gavin, Annamarie, Amberley and Gina have been so patient, attentive, informative and have kept us up to date throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble. They are the one thing that held everything together between our solicitors and the buyers solicitors.

I would throughly recommend Hern and Crabtree above all previous local estate agents I have used over the years.

What can I say.... yet another amazing experience with Hern and Crabtree Pontcanna, they take the stress out of buying and selling. From the start with a valuation with Rhodri, then pictures with Michael and our viewings of other properties with Anna, Mitchell and the team its been stress free. So much so we are currently on holiday as its all happening. A special shout out to Gina as she has always been on hand keeping us upto date as we are on a cruise. Wouldn't use any other agent to sell our property. Thank you all.

I have rented through H&C for the past 2 years and had great service throughout. They have been fab at communicating with us, and requesting our repairs to the landlord. Adele has always replied quickly to my emails and any concerns I have had. I have rented through a few different letting agents throughout the years and Hern & Crabtree Pontcanna branch have been the best by far!

Friendly, knowledgeable supportive team who are always informed of any updates via phone calls and emails. Aleays at hand with queries and always returned calls and emails. This is for the letting agent. We let out our property with Hern and Crabtree. They were great at finding a tennant, but once in situ they were very slow at responding to requests for work to be carried out. We had repeatedly asked for a quote on a new shed (didn't get one in the end), regrouting work (taken three months and still not been done to property). And for a hole in bathroom ceiling to be repaired (took four plus months of pestering and pestering before it was eventually done). There have been other things that we have asked them to sort for our tenants to make them more comfortable and it just hasn't happened. Just promises of "we will get on this" but then never getting back to us and we need to follow it up. We wanted our property managed as we are teachers and were worried about committing the time needed to manage properties, however we have spent a lot of time and stress chasing things up to no avail. Not had any luck complaining to management either or any indication of improving following previous complaints.

Hern and Crabtree have been amazing this is the 2nd time we have used them and they are so professional, caring and nothing is to much trouble for them Gavin, Anne Marie and Gina take a bow you really do care about your customers and this was a difficult time for us but you made it seamless, we can’t thank you enough, happy Christmas to you all x

From start to finish the service from Hern & Crabtree has been fantastic.
We both sold our home and purchased new through them.

The pictures and virtual tour were just what we wanted and gave a great window into our home for all potential buyers to view.
Gareth from the Llandaff branch carried out the viewings, and helped us with the offers to best suit.
Annamarie from the Heath branch was a great help guiding us through the offering, purchase process on new home…. both keeping us well informed and calm during the stressful offers/best and final stage.
The months in between accepted offers to completion, Gina from the Pontcanna branch was on hand to negotiate any issues and really excelled in keeping everything on track. (Thanks Gina for taking all my calls:)
Overall couldn’t have asked for more…. And to top it off were also the most competitively priced.
