Excellent service received on the selling of property especially Jo the senior negotiator , we were kept totally informed at all stages of the sale and we would definitely recommend Hern and Crabtree without any hesitation.

Recently dealt with Hern & Crabtree lettings team (Lance and Phoebe) for the first time. Very responsive and helpful, in contrast with some other letting agents we spoke to. Their online portal was quick and easy to use. Really professional - would certainly recommend.

Lance and the team jumped into action to help me get my property rented they were superb.I had urgency in my needs for a tenant and they matched that with the same urgency. I had considered going down the DIY way to sell a house, I wish i had done. H and C did hardly any work as properties in certain areas of cardiff sell as soon as they are marketed. Communication was not brilliant and when i asked questions such as why are things taking so long , the answer was "thats how long they take".
I would not use them again as I felt they were a bit lazy .They asked for feedback, not by saying how did you find your experience but," Could you take 60 seconds and share your happy experiences " Mine were not so happy but you did ask.

We experienced fantastic customer service as prospective tenants from both Lance and Adele over the last couple of months. Both went out of their way to help us after our first choice property fell through at short notice before moving in. Very polite, efficient and friendly. Would highly recommend them to other tenants.
