Hertz - Anaheim - West Katella Avenue レビュー

I had to talk to the manager on site to discuss return policy. He managed to explain all the details on his busy line of work. I'd recommend this place to others. And I'd come back to Anaheim Herts :)

So much better than the recent experiences I’ve had with other car rental companies(looking at you Budget/Avis). Will be renting from Hertz for sure on the next vacation!

Normally this location is great for renting a car. But when it's busy in that rental office, someone should coordinate the lineup of customers in there. When I went to pick up my rental, there were nearly 14 to 15 people all over in that office and as I walked in, no one knew who was first or last. It was chaotic. Other than that, renting from that location is normally an easy place to rent from. Staff is pleasant to work with, they get the car ready for you, take pics of the vehicle and have it ready for you to get in and get on the road.

Nice location and nice staff.

Awesome team, large selection of vehicles, freeway close.
Open Sundays is a major plus.

Great car, great service, easy in and out. I am a loyal Hertz customer!

Representative I booked reservation with put all the information wrong and when I changed it I got charged more. The second Representative was the same not helpful. I will never rent from Hertz again. I will never recommend Hertz to anyone at all.

Because from my arrival to the counter to the rental was so easy and fast.

The inside and seats of the car were filthy.

I booked a small economy car through a travel service for $23/day but when I showed up there were none available and my only option was a $40/day mid-sized SUV. Bait and switch!

The people working in there are very straightforward and answers my questions right away, very friendly and the whole process was very quick and easy

Second time I've used this location in less than a month, good car selection, great staff, no hassle returns. Couldn't be happier.
