As always the staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. The rental vehicle was clean and ready when I arrived. Same quality service I expect and always get with Hertz

I was in an emergency and needed to get…
I was in an emergency and needed to get to Cincinnati quickly. When I arrived to pick up my car, they were almost out of vehicles for the day. An older gentleman working there went out of his way to find me a car, and it truly made my day. I didn't catch his name, but I'm so grateful for his help. Thank you to the whole team. The overall experience was great, and I'd happily rent from them again.

Confirmed reservations don’t guarantee you a vehicle
1st i had a reservation at the Research location and when I got there for my reservation I was told they had no more cars. And I would have to look around for my own rental. After finding a car that was a 40-45m uber ride away. I get there and I was told the only car they had left was a Honda EV. This car was given to me on 15%. The car dies on me and I had to reach out to roadside assistance. Which was the the last straw to this horrible experience. I was calling at 10pm and didn’t get ahold of an agent until almost 11:45pm. Then the roadside service didn’t arrive until close to 1am. Mind you I had reserved at the hertz on research location, but they had no car for me. And you guys don’t do same day reservations in that case. Labor Day weekend. I end up finding the only car left in the city at oak hill location which to my surprise was a Honda Ev. This car was given to me on 15%. So I ran out of battery. I had to call roadside which cost me an extra $200. Then take the car to charge which also cost me to loose driving privileges from 4pm- 5am the next day. And an Extra $50 hold on my card for charging. I am highly frustrated and upset about the service and the misinformation that was given at time of renting. The process was that I put a $500/deposit down to rent the vehicle. Which was not my choice of vehicle reserved. Just absolutely the worst experience ever. I will be posting this on google and other platforms due to this is way too many issues to have when you are paying for a service
