Bad experience
First off, did not give me the car I had requested and didn’t know until I got to the store. Had to leave asap so just took it, but a heads up would have been nice so we could go elsewhere that had what we requested. Second, when I returned it, they sent be a bill with an extra $75 for outside washing. I’ve never had this added and I’ve rented a lot of times. The car was not dirty - some bugs on front but that is normal. I had to call customer service and they took the $75 right off so without questioning.
