Very rude staff working at the pick up…
Very rude staff working at the pick up location they need to be retrain on customer service. Long wait for absolutely no reason both employees were chit chatting while customer waited.

Costumer service is. Great but cars are duty all the time I am Costumer already but this time they was calling me before my drop off time first time happened because they don't have enough cars for Rent and they have more Costumer waiting for cars

I had reserved my car rental more than…
I had reserved my car rental more than two weeks in advance for a hybrid vehicle since I was commuting from LA to San Diego back-and-forth multiple days. When I arrived to pick up my rental, there was only one single car available. It wasn’t the car that I expected and it ruined my expectations. I originally wanted a more spacious hybrid, considering I was going to be with my family. my car rental was also dirty. There was bird poop on the handle and water/dirt all over the hood. I took pictures for proof too.

Always receiving good care from the staff (always attentive). Vehicles there are in good working condition and they offer a wide selection to chose from.
