I reserved a car about a month ahead of time. The car was there and ready to go! The team working at this location is great. Everything was explained. I understood the car was in very good condition and worked very well for the two days that I had.

The car was wonderful, however, the windshield wipers were pretty bad. The passenger side wiper was practically dysfunctional. The driver side had been changed, but not with a high quality wiper, or even a mid quality one. Could not see when it rained and that is a problem.

Windshield was dirty and full of bugs, slow checkout
Windshield was dirty and full of bugs. My first stop after picking up the car was the gas station 1/4 mile down the road so I could clean the windshield.
Took 20 minutes to complete paperwork to pick up. Why can I walk down the aisle at an airport location, pick a random car and be checked out in less than 5 minutes, but when I go to this off airport site it takes 20 minutes, even though you know exactly which car you'll give me before I even get there.

This is the first good experience I’ve had with Hertz in 15 years. This time the associate was not hatful or rude. I was not told I had to purchase extra insurance or pay extra fees, to rent the car. So thank you for a good experience! There have been times in the past that I was not able to rent the car, because I did not give in. This time was so much Better.

Constructive Feedback
On the positive - I liked the way the team reviewed the rental car was aligned with my state preferences and I like that this site has an after-hours key drop-out lockbox. On the negative side, my rental's widows where not remotely clean, especially the windshield and the rear window.
