I received a compact crossover instead…

I received a compact crossover instead of midsize suv for 2 rental and then ordered a standard size suv to try and get a bigger suv for the next week! When I got to hertz I was told that they rented the standard size SUV to someone else who just rented that day! And I was forced to keep the same compact Hyundai suv and when asked if they would upgrade since they made the mistake they said no and told me I had to take the same car! Due to there mistake I will use enterprise after this rental experience!
