Hertz - Fairfield - Clinton Road レビュー 

There's always a problem with this location. And no matter what it is, i always have to make the phone call or fix it. It took me 3 hours to fix an ez pass situation they told me wrong info about. And i have to do it again this time too.The employees and the "manager" there are honestly useless. They hide info from you, don't bring the car to the mechanic after every use like they're supposed to. I've seen it and gotten cars like that myself. They even gave me a car that immediately needed an oil change because it was at the 10k mark. And yet they still work there. They give different info each time depending on whom you ask, and always an attitude when they give me the problem. Someone needs to clean house and hire new people. Even roadside assistance said that branch has a lot of problems and they're tired of their non sense.

Your clerk never said hello, nor made eye contact, never smiled and looked like she was bothered that I was there. Same experience picking up and when dropping off

I used your company because it was recommended and supported by AAA.
I placed my order on line and prepaid for the whole service in full .
The day of my pick up , I was called several times asking when I was coming in to get the car, I stated to the associate that I called and asked for a 4:30 pm pick up and it was only 1:30 pm . They were short with me and hung up. I arrived at the location to pick up the car which was very fast and a pleasant experience.
A few hours later my trip was cancelled due to the state of emergency in nj and a nor’easter hitting my area .
Literally starting at 9am the next day I tried calling the location I picked up the car 11 times
To try to cancel my rental and schedule a time to return the vehicle . No one answered at all …
Now the location was closed Saturday and Sunday but the business office was open and I called the 1800 number that the website offered for assistance with rentals .
The associate was unhelpful and stated that the dealership had to handle any refunds because I paid for it in full, and that there was nothing they could do !
We then asked for a manger and that person stated that I had to return the vehicle then call back and possibly get a return on my funds .
They stated that it’s not their responsibility if the location didn’t pick up the phone . Which we understand , but that doesn’t help the fact I paid for in full a rental that I didn’t use .
We returned the car the next day as scheduled , and attempted to try to get a refund for the lack of use . Only to have the staff there state I had to call the 1800 number …
This was ridiculous … we called the 1800 number and they refunded only 1 day rental out of 4 … REALLY ??
I will never use this company again ever again..
