I received an extremely dirty car that…
I received an extremely dirty car that only had 1/4 tank of fuel. I went back in to complain and it was the only car available so she told me to return it with just 1/4 tank. I drove around a dirty car, returned it at 1/4 tank, then look at my receipt and was charged for a full tank of gas!

Chrissy it’s so very friendly, polite, and professional! She greets me by my last name, which is very professional. She knows me on site which is very friendly. Makes me feel very valued when I come into this Hertz location, which I am very thankful is in my neighborhood.!
I rely on and trust Hertz for whenever I need a rental car. I’ve never had an issue that they didn’t resolve to my satisfaction.
