Hertz - Kennesaw - Cobb Parkway NW レビュー 

The staff/customer service were extremely courteous, and professional. However, my only negative criticism is that this particular Hertz location did not allow overnight parking. I had a doctor's appointment that would have delayed my return outside of the half-hour extended return period without incurring additional charge. I thought I could solve my delimma by leaving my car on the premise overnight and return the rental earlier than the contract due time but no drop off box and no overnight parking on the premise. For future rental, I,m quite sure I want be renting from this Hertz location, and most likely rent from other location which allow overnight parking and drop off boxes, or from another competitor.

Service personnel were friendly. Only thing is car was only 1/4 tank full. I chose a smaller car than the upgrade hybrid offered (maybe that had a full tank).

Also, the basic model Corolla had a USB-C connection and I only had traditional USB cables with me to use for my phone. I was out of luck in charging while on calls for my long trip.

Unprofessional staff and I had to call customer service to close my contract 18 hrs after I had dropped off the vehicle

Worst Customer Service ever! Stay away from the Hertz on Cobb Pwy . The App lets you make a reservation months in advance and sends you update reminders but no one bothered to tell you they are closed weekends.... Horrible Customer service from Hertz corporate with a girl named Amber from outside the US. They need to take a course on Customer Service... or Hertz will eventually go out of business... Horrible company
