The staff were very helpful, made sure we were comfortable with our rental vehicle and helped me get my husband registered as an alternative driver. They made everything easy, including the return.

Got different car and asked to take for repair
I select EV managers special but got gas car. Had to wait as one of the wipers was broken. I was told to take it to some shop for replacement that was 15 minutes out of my way. I was hoping it to be taken care by Hertz rather than asking me to take it to the shop or give me replacement car.

Sold out depite reservation!
We reserved a car online in Chelmsford MA but when we arrived we were told they were sold out! Unreal this can happen but it can- call ahead if you reserve at this location. We were offered a minivan for the same price as ann SUV so all worked out for us in the end but a stressful situation when you're trying to leave for a trip.
