Late Return Fee Charge Error - Check your invoice!
The car rental pick up and drop off went smoothly. However, I was charged a $12.00 Late Return Fee in error. I returned the care well before the return time of 12pm. I've called Hertz. I've called the local Hertz agency where I rented. No one answers the phone. I sent email through Customer Service on website. Have had no response in over 2 weeks.
