No employee at the front counter, waiting for 25 minutes to get my car. There was no service provided at the counter because the location is understaffed and the sole employee was outside apparently, getting cars ready, unaware of a line of customers waiting, some of which left. This is a regular occurence at this location, come prepared for wait anywhere from 15 min to 1 hour for an employee to show up if you rent from here.
They were busy but quick at this location. I got a good price on a one way rental from Riverhead NY to JFK
