Good with a little disappointment
My over all experience with renting a vehicle from Hertz have been very good, I have only had one issue and it was my fault, I left my favorite jacket on the back seat and called shortly after I got back and felt like I was putting the guy out to go and look, never called me back to let me know and when I called back after a few hours of not hearing anything, they said the Jeep Compass was already re-rented and they said nothing was there, I know it was there and it was hard to see because it blended in with the seat. Live and learn it was a nice jacket so don't blame them for keeping it.
