There was no car available for me and then when I returned for a car I had to wait 30 minutes. They also charged me for outside cleaning when I returned the car in the same condition I received it.

Kay Saved My Day
Kay’s customer service and communication truly made my rental experience amazing. My pick up was at 11 and she called me 2 hours before to confirm and followed back up with that confirmation.
This was important because I was locked out of my email so I truly needed the old school phone call.
It is simply amazing in the day and age of ai everything to speak not just to a human but to interact with a kind human. Thank you
