Wish I could leave 0 stars. This company is a total scam. I ordered in February and here it is September and have I received my order nope. I have emailed several times and have asked for a refund. If I am lucky enough to get a reply it’s “oh we will ship it out again”. Do yourself a favor and never by from them. Horrible business practices and terrible customer service.

Over a month now since I've ordered, the shipping information is wrong, they aren't replying to any of my emails or messages through their socials. I've asked for my money back so many times now. I'm going to have to ask now from my bank. So frustrated, I just want my money back.

I ordered from this company over 2 months ago and have yet to receive my items. They are hard to get into contact with via their email, which led me to have to threaten a negative review online to receive any response from them. Do not buy from this company, it’s a scam and they will not send your order.

Here’s an update 2 months after this was posted: I still have yet to receive my order, they have stopped responding to my messages and I have filed a dispute to get my money back. their website seems to be shut down when i go to look at it.

Honteux! C'est de l'arnaque! Commande passée au mois d'avril et toujours rien reçu ni aucun suivi de colis! En gros je ne recevrais jamais mon colis je me suis fait entuber de 40 euros....

I have been waiting for my order since April 28. I paid over $100 in product from this company. I got an email on June 28 that my order is on my way. Nothing has arrived. I have been using their app SHOP to track the order and now the app is saying there is no tracking number. I have sent emails, DMs on Instagram and Facebook and no response. There is a charge in my bank account, so they took my money.

Items never received, stolen money form my wife which was her birthday present.
Nothing has arrived no response to the 11 email's and 4 phone calls.
Please don't get scammed here shop somewhere else.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered $75 worth of products in April. It is now September and I have still received nothing and no one will email or message me back. I don’t understand why this fraudulent company is still even in business. Ive never had a company just take my money and give no contact after unless it is a scam. I wish someone would reach out to me or let me know what is going on.

Completely appalled at the lack of customer service, professionalism and lack of products after ordering. I have made several orders to this company. The first ordered towards the end of 2022 I received after a 3-4 month delay. I saw they were closing shop so I made another order in January 2023, it’s never arrived. I’ve received several emails stating it’s shipped but with no tracking info and when I’ve queried I’ve had delayed replied advising they hadn’t even processed it yet. I’ve given them quite a lot of benefit of the doubt and it’s frustrating to see them basically take the mick out of people. What really takes the cake is they use the same snapshot of a delivered order to suggest everyone is lying about not receiving their products. They delete comments on their social media and haven’t shut up shop like they said they would do. Just avoid.

J'ai commandé le 14 août 2023.J habite en France et j'étais vraiment ravi de pouvoir bénéficier d'un produit que je trouve pas en France.Seulement maintenant je constate que le service Hiddens cosmetic ignore mais mail quand je leur dit que le numéro de référence ne fonctionne pas sur royal mail.Mon commentaire a été supprimer de leur site Instagram alors que je demande juste des nouvelles de ma commande car ils ignore mes demandes sur le messagerie officiel.et voyant tout les commentaires j'ai peur de ne jamais recevoir ma commande no avoir un remboursement.je suis vraiment déçu.jai peur que ça soit une arnaque.

Scam! I believed them at first when my order from November, 2022 was delayed by the hacking of Royal Mail. But yeah, they just took my money and gave nothing in return. Professional Thieves with mediocre social media skills (but clearly fooled enough of us lol!)

Terrible communication, no products and empty promises.

Ordered January 2022, still waiting for my products or a refund and a new order for the inconvenience and asking me to remove my review.

Wish I could attach all the emails

Ordered over a year ago and hvnt received my product the company doesn’t even bother emailing back or refunding back money they will scam you out of your money don’t recommend at all

One star is GENEROUS to offer this company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS NO MATTER HOW PRETTY OR TEMPTING THEIR MAKEUP MAY LOOK ONLINE. I ordered in DECEMBER 2022. It is now Sept 2023 and they still haven't shipped it despite saying it was "shipping" in April. TOTAL SCAM.

Like many other reviewers all I can say is that this business is a total scam. I ordered back in April and haven’t received anything, asked for a refund and after weeks of emailing received one response saying no refunds - even though this is illegal and they absolutely should be issuing a refund as they haven’t sent the product. Disgusting way to treat people. The joke is that they’re still promoting themselves on socials and accepting new orders which is inexcusable. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Wish I could give no stars!! I ordered back on February. I saw they said they were back up because of a shipping issue so I was patient. I fi ally emailed in May to get an update and got a generic email that they were still behind because of shipping issue. Fave it some more time and when I emailed 2 more times, I was completely ignored. Asked for my tracking number and nothing. Believe the reviews. I had to contact my bank to start a claim since they won't respond with even a tracking number at this point. Very disappointing. I had very high hopes since I saw a few influencers reviewing the products but seems they are the only ones that are actually getting the product! Everyone else just keeps getting g told to wait until it's past the refund policy time period and then there is nothing that can be done.

Disgusting scammers! They reported my review and got it removed saying it’s not a genuine experience, well let me tell you! This is 100% true and these scum bags are scammers and will steal your money! Don’t trust them and don’t buy from them! I will keep making reviews every time hidden cosmetics reports my reviews! Sent trust pilot all the proof and hidden cosmetics should be ashamed of themselves and so should trustpilot for removing GENUINE REVIEWS! Fraudulent company, they will take your money and never send your items because they are scammers and all these reviews are TRUE! SCUM! Wouldn’t believe the old couple of good reviews as it’s just hidden cosmetics with fake accounts trying to get the rates up to appear as they aren’t fraudulent when they are in FACT FRAUDULENT!

Ordered back in December 2022 and never received my products. It is upsetting to see they are posting on IG about people being dishonest about receiving their products--I have not received mine and communication came to a halt back in April after receiving an email claiming my order would be "reshipped" even though I never received ANY shipping info. I don't know how this can't be criminal at this point. I had to eventually take the matter up with my bank since HC wasn't responding anymore. Someone familiar with the laws in the UK needs to help, because there isn't much I can do from the US... but this is just ridiculous.

Is this even a real company?? They are scammers, I ordered 2 products from Instagram back in April 2023!!! It's been 5 months and I have asked for a refund but no response. How can people be so shameless nowadays? Who can we all report them to? File a complaint or something???!
