I purchased license services, but my product has still not been activated. I have also tried to reach out to your support team, but unfortunately, I have not received any response. There is also no telephonic support available.

This situation has left me very disappointed. My services are down, and I am not getting any assistance to resolve the issue. I trusted your company blindly, but now I realize that was a mistake.

Worst Support
It's more than 12 hours My Domain is still down and they are not even replying. Somehow I contacted them on Chat they are asking for time again and again but not doing anything

Poor service, no proper solutions on email support, got a solution after 2 months which charged 50% of the hosting cost, due to this I had to leave the hosting plan midway and take another one, thank god I had not used hosting for 5 years

I had a disappointing experience with Hiox Company due to poor support and high renewal charges for .in domains. Comparatively, you can purchase a .com domain from other providers like Hostinger for the same amount or less. I strongly advise against choosing Hiox due to their subpar service and high costs.

HIOX HOSTING is pathetic purchased domain and hosting. I found the first company in the world who put Geo location server access restriction. If you purchase hosting and website developer is from Bangladesh, pakistan, Veitnam, Russia, China many countries from far east. Web Developer will not access your server for FTP account and with login credtionals.
I asked and request customer support to give access to the certain countries because my developer from that countries. They didn't support and give useless answer Sir, we can't give GEO access because it's restricted.

Attempting to upload larger files or increase the memory limit has become a Herculean task. Instead of a smooth process, I'm greeted with a myriad of upload errors, each more cryptic than the last.

The support team's response to these issues has been lackluster at best. Promises of quick resolutions and efficient troubleshooting have fallen flat, leaving me stuck in a cycle of frustration as I attempt to overcome these obstacles on my own.
