When i visited HiQ, they were amazing, treated me with respect, and i really appreciate this. When dealing with my vehicle, they had no problem to show me the issues they found, and gave reasoning, even if that’s not what i went in for. As a young woman, i really appreciate being explained the problem, before they made the decision to carry out work.

The staff are always eager to please. They are attentive and listen to the customer’s needs. The work standards are excellent and they are transparent with the work carried out. I cannot praise them enough and I highly recommend them.

Booked my car in for new tyres: easy to arrange, friendly communication took less than half an hour! Will definitely use for future work!

Easy to book through Find My Garage, was given a specific time via email follow up, arrived and greeted by very friendly staff, good size clean waiting area, work completed in recorded time, very competitive pricing too... would easily consider going back here again in future

Exhaust had come off my car! Rang up and spoke to Gavin…and he told me to bring it down as soon as possible! Exhaust had completely blew and managed to change it the same day!

On Monday 20/04/26, after a long day at work, I returned to the car @ 5pm and noticed there were two large nails in both rear tyres. I needed to drive back to Sheffield from Burton upon Trent and it would not have been safe to drive back at motorway speeds given the state the tyres were in. Having driven to a few local tyre fitters after 5pm to ask if they could help (Kwik fit and Formula 1 autocentres), all rejected taking a look or even replacing the tyres because it was at the end of the working day and could only fit me in late in the afternoon the next day (Kwik fit) or two days later (Formula 1)!! When explaining the situation to both of these they were pretty dismissive and not helpful in the moment and I would not have been able to get home which they didn't seem to understand or care about!

I arrived at HIQ in burton at around 5:30pm (They close at 6pm) and was greeted by ROSS who listened to my needs and stated they would be happy to help given my situation. Instead of simply replacing the tyres which would have been a quicker job, the lads worked after 6pm to repair both tyres for me (saving me hundreds of £££'s).

This was the best service I have ever received from a car garage, with ROSS particulaly having the best customer service skills I have come across at any car garage. I would highly recommend this garage to anyone in the local area. Top lads who help their clients when in need even at the end of the day when sweeping up the garage floor and waiting to go home.

These guys are helpful and offer good prices and availability to do the work.

Brought my car into Burton HiQ for an MOT as it was the cheapest place I was quoted for. The reviews were fantastic which gave me confidence and the experience was great from start to finish. Great easy and fast communication, professional and friendly guys at the garage and my daughter was very impressed that “the nice man” even put Bluey on the TV for her whilst we waited. Will definitely not be going anywhere else now and so pleased I’ve found somewhere reliable, friendly and trustworthy. Thank you ☺️
