Having spoken with the office in Colchester I found the young man on the phone very helpful. I booked the tyres online and he later confirmed everything on an email and gave me a call too.
I had an opportunity to arrive a day early and spoke with them again and they were extremely accommodating.

Fantastic service from start finish. I dropped my car off to have some work on my suspension. The ladies on the front desk were thoroughly professional and the mechanics carried out the work to a high standard for a reasonable price and they completed the work efficiently.

I would highly recommend this garage to everyone and will definitely be using again in the future.

Today I took my car in as I guessed my clutch was giving way this is my third visit in the last few months and I truly cannot fault them! I needed to get it in and no where was available for today except these guys super super reliable and a decent price compared to a lot of other companies! They will always explain things to you and make sure that you understand everything that needs doing. Thank you hiQ you have a truly truly valued customer with a old ford fiesta that she truly loves hehe 💖 also felt like a brand new car after this!

This was my second visit to HiQ at Colchester having used them last year for my MOT. I booked via a comparison site and received a very prompt call to confirm the time.

The team are very friendly and efficient and my MOT was completed in under 45 minutes whilst I waited.

The parking is extremely limited so don't be too early!

Holly stood out as exceptionally professional and very honest and helpful also very very enthusiastic and extremely efficient.

Excellent experience from ordering my tyre online to having it fitted 2 days on from order. Staff were very friendly/polite and I was kept informed along the way regarding order and availability of my tyre ready for fitting. Best price in Colchester for the tyre. All round happy customer . A++++

Could not fit at time arranged, had to be the next day. Also told all my brake pads needed replacing. I just had bought the car. It had just been serviced and moted. Took car back. To main dealer and pads were fine. Will not use again

Two gorgeous ladies in front are very accommodating. And kind. I've waited there patiently while they change the tyre of my car. Reasonable price.

Changing my tyre took about 45 minutes but I could see they were busy. The receptionist was friendly and chatty and that helped pass the time. Would definitely go back there!

I booked a mobile visit & had 4 new tyres fitted. They were honest, reliable & on time. Will always go to them for my tyres from now on.
