Efficient service to replace 4 tyres in under an hour, and friendly and knowledgeable staff. Happy with my tyres, and importantly my wheels weren't damaged or scuffed. Tea and coffee available while I waited for fitting. Only took a star off as their tyre supplier was late so I had to reschedule to the next day.

Really helpful man on reception when I arrived. Had my tyres in and completed the work very quickly. Tyres were cheaper than other garages to. Have used these guys before and would highly recommend.

Fast and friendly service fitting a pre-ordered tyre from the day before.

We booked an appointment to change our tyre and wheel alignment. They agreed and called us to confirm that we were coming. We got there and they told us that they cannot align our wheel and they would only change our tyre.

First time at HiQ, and an excellent service, very quick and good price on 4 new quality tyres, 2 fitted Friday and 2 fitted following Monday, thanks to friendly staff, Lee, Brian and other young man (didn't get his name), would happily recommend.

Absolutely useless booked in tyre replacement and alignment was told times next day tyres not delivered and alignment machine condemned.
Beware using a service that gives you false promises 🤬🤬🤬

It’s over a months and I have never been updated about my complaint
Customer services told me that my case is under review buy senior management but I think it was a scam bug up to now they have never bothered to reply my emails . There are other better tire companies offering better services somewhere else. Please avoid this company by all means that’s my advice

Staff were nice, helpful and quick at the front desk. Got 4 tyres changed and it went in straight away, took about half an hour so not long at all.

Top service. I unexpectedly received a courtesy phone call early in the morning to advise me that the delivery of the ordered tyres was going to be delayed, and that they would call me immediately when they arrive. They indeed called me promptly when the tyres arrived and given I only live 5 minutes away, the new tyres were fitted all within less than 30 minutes. The staff are extremely friendly and professional. Thanks a million!
