Great level of service as always. Would highly recommend going here if you have a puncture. Will look to repair rather than replace if possible

Garage sorted both my tyres following a pothole double puncture despite it being the end of the day. They did this very swiftly and cheerfully despite only having been phoned by the AA man a short time before.

I always use Hi-Q Ipswich for tyres. Their prices are very competitive (saving me over £120 for a single tyre vs the dealership quote) but more importantly, I feel I always get absolute honesty from Dominic and the team. They’re friendly, the customer service is great and they’re always calm.

I used their service for the first time to have MOT done. I will never go anywhere else. The gentleman explained everything to me in detai (not an easy topic for woman). He took time to explain everything as clearly as he could. Very knowledgeable, friendly and fair people over there. I highly recommend.

Very experienced. Very friendly and good price for two front tyres fitted on my Skoda. They even cleaned the wheel hub because it had some corrosion. One small minus point - there is no drinks machine in the waiting area despite having a sticker with a cup on the window. Not exactly a deal-breaker! Would definitely recommending visiting HiQ at Ipswich.

The waiting area was warm clean and comfortable and the staff were polite and friendly. A special thank you to Dominic and Josiah for resolving a problem I had with a slow leak on one of my Astras tyres. As it was a minor issue they didn't charge for the work even though they also swapped the wheels around which was only necessary thanks to the local Vauxhall dealer mixing them up in the first place when they fitted the tyres resulting in the tyre pressure sensors for each rear wheel being in the wrong position. So in future I will be going to HiQ Tyres .

Once again HiQ have shown the quality of their service, my Granddaughter came down from Sheffield to visit us Last Fri my granddaughter was visiting us when the exhaust on her Cleo collapsed. We took it straight round to HiQ on Woodbridge Rd Ipswich, they said that they would get it repaired ASAP so that she would get back to Sheffield for work on Tues. We were so pleased to receive a call from them today at 10 o'clock Mon 7th Oct to say it was ready for collection. What brilliant service. Thanks once again. Roy Gerard

As a woman it can sometimes feel awkward going into these types of situations but I was made to feel very welcome. The premises were very clean even the loo! When I collected the car I asked some questions and the man on reception explained everything to me so clearly! Shame were moving as would have no doubts about having my Audi serviced here.

Went to hi q Ipswich for replacement of 4 tyres and 4 tpms valves. The staff were very friendly and helpful with ordering the tyres and sorting out the date for the replacement. After a week of having the new tyres I finally went to clean the car, and found the front right rim had paint flaking off where the rim meets the tyre. I took it back and showed the damage to the manager, they believe the damage is due to corrosion so can do nothing about it. I understand they have slight marks in places but this is totally different, the damage is right where the tyre meets the rim therefore is down to the tyre being fitted to the rim. I was not informed of any issues with changing a tyre on a painted rim before they did the work. On top of this the wheels have only been powder coated 2 years ago to say corrosion caused it makes no sense to me. I have pictures but hi q obviously doesn’t allow these to be uploaded so the picture of the rim is now my profile picture.

Ordered two rear tyres for my Porsche Macan from HiQ on line. The process was easy & the tyres competitively priced. Phoned the Ipswich Centre in advance to confirm the date & time for fitting, plus an Air-Conditioning re-charge, so on the day everything ran like clockwork. All very easy for me, thank you all!

As a regular customer over time, & knowing the staff, their expectations, they very rarely let anyone down & today, I am happy everything was
completed. The price was very competitive too! Magic...

Sam ( assistant manager) is so mechanically knowledgeable, he explains everything to you, and above all he cares about the service he gives his customers.
12 out 10 is my score.
