Dan was really nice. Sort two replacement tyre no issues what so ever. Would recommend.

Excellent service, very efficient and friendly.
Dan explained the job thoroughly and it went very quick. Then greeted by Kyle which again was very friendly and thorougher with payment and paperwork.

Outstanding service at the Neath branch, Kyle even fitted me in on a bank holiday weekend for an urgent fix.
Have used HiQ a few times now and would never go anywhere else for tyre issues.

I phoned up Dan today in a pickle after a pick up company forgot to give me back my locking wheelnut key after a puncture and I needed to replace my tyre and arrange for a new set of locking nuts at short notice. No problem call in at 2pm and we will sort it out for you Dan said. The customer service i received was outstanding from both Dan and Kyle and they are a absolute credit to your company. I was driving away in 40 minutes a very happy customer.

This morning I was what is known in the trade as in the doggy doo doo. I spoke to a chappy called Kyle who with Dan came to my rescue and dug me out of the doo doo. Both excellent in what they done for me went above and beyond and saved my proverbial life. Would deffo recommend and will deffo use again once again cheers 🍻 Kyle and Dan.

Very efficient service by Dan. Work needed doing on car to pass MOT and this was done the following day and MOT was the completed.

I had 4 x tyres fitted today on a Transit Custom excellent service, very friendly and efficient staff. Huge respect for your vehicle. No marks on alloy wheels. They pride themselves on not marking the alloy wheels whilst replacing the tyres. I very highly recommend them and I will definitely be going back there when the van and car tyres need replacing. Cheapest price compared to anywhere else

The service I received from Kyle at HiQ was second to none. He was friendly, efficient and whilst maintaining the Covid 2 meter rule made me feel appreciated as a customer. Will definitely use them again.
