Always great service here. A very user friendly garage, where nothing is too much trouble
Steve is always very helpful, no matter how busy he is!

Missed item in service caused a failed MOT.

I brought my car in for a full service and paid £225. Has some repairs itemised and was advised this was all that needed doing in order to the MOT to pass.
The care then failed the MOT, and the part that failed should be have been checked as part of the full service package.

I called HiQ and discussed, and they replaced the part at part cost only, but the whole experience was very poor. I won’t be going back again sadly

I booked on line the system was very clear and easy to use. Comms from this were great confirmation etc. on arriving at the premises my order was dealt with quickly and they were very welcoming and friendly. Advised would be about 40 mins, would ring when done. I returned in that time and car ready and they were just ringing me. Price was good too no hidden extras

Friendly staff. Great prices (£65 cheaper than a national company in very close proximity) for wheel balancing. Got booked in within a few days and was sorted in a couple of hours.

A professional & helpful team led by Steve. This time Ben diagnosed the issue with my boot not opening & rectified the issue, Thank you! 🙏 Additionally I booked my MOT for November 26.😎🏁

It's always good from the management to the mechanics. Excellent all round.

Newquay HiQ are always friendly and deliver a great service.
They are professional and always try to be helpful. They recently booked my car in at short notice and fixed the breaks in the morning ready for me to take my car to work that afternoon. They always answer the phone even when busy and communication is excellent.

Steve was amazing, got me the tyres I wanted very quickly, really quick service all done in the time. Took another car there as well and it was fixed super quick and very reasonable price, will recommend!

Helped me out on holiday with brakes managed to get me in the same day and fixed it in a few hours

Sometimes, as a female, going into a garage can be slightly overwhelming - that couldn’t be further from the my experience at HiQ!! Friendly, welcoming and best of all, honest. Steve and all the staff go above and beyond. Genuinely, will never go anywhere else.

I’m all about Credit where credit is due, but this can go both ways. Unfortunately, I’ve had a bad experience at HiQ, and I’ve been left out of pocket and my car is still faulty.
I paid for a Major Service in June, and when I collected my car there was still a whistling noise, and my air-con wasn’t working.
2 months later in August, my car didn’t start. I had to pay extra for a tow truck, and when I sent it back to HiQ, I asked them to please check the whistling noise and fix my air-con, but when I collected it for a second time, they told me that they couldn’t hear any whistling noise and I was sent home after having to pay more money to them for labour to fix my car that broke down after a major service. I was told that they had added extra radio channels to my radio and that my tyres were pumped. A day later when I noticed the tyre pressure light still hasn’t gone off, I went to check my tyres and they were flat as can be. They lied about pumping my tyres, and they also lied about the extra channels! Gobsmackingly terrible service. I won’t be returning to them, and I definitely won’t be recommending them to anyone who I know.
Steve was nice, but being nice is simply not enough to run a lucrative business.

Reliable, friendly and not some in and out, churning out quick work machine of a garage. I’d recommend all day long.

Called in for a puncture repair at midday today. They took 25 minutes and the price was very good. Steve and his team were very friendly and professional!!

My daughter took my car in for me as the tyre had a nail in it. Apparently the guys changed the tyre while she waited. 👍
