Had a ruined tyre three days before I had to take a long vital trip. I decided rather than just replace it to fit four all season tyres.
Arranged with Asda who let me down twice in two days. Firstly the chosen fitter was unavailable despite booking a time slot. Transferred to HiQ Woodseats as alternative and then two days prior to the trip Asda told me they could not deliver. Panic!
Then Jess rang me because she realised my predicament and arranged alternative (better) tyres to be fitted at 8.30 on the day I needed them. She even rang me to confirm they had been delivered so I did not have to worry overnight.
On the day, George arrived at 8.20, took my car straight in and by 9.30 I was on my way.
All in all, superb customer service from both of them.

From the moment I rang the Chesterfield Road branch, I felt that I was dealing with a good company. The girl who answered the phone was pleasant, helpful and gave me several options on prices, without pushing me for the most expensive.
We made an appointment and as I arrived, on time, the fitter was there to greet me with a pleasant and helpful attitude. The receptionist also came out just to check that the fitter knew what I required in terms of swapping tyres around.
He gave me an estimated time for completion of the job and as I arrived a little earlier than planned, they had just finished it.
When I went to pay, I was impressed with the layout and the cleanliness of the reception area.
Very impressed and would not hesitate to use them again.

My experience with HiQ was very good. The young lady on the desk was very helpful when I took my car in for a service. I needed to point out several problems that needed looking at. She noted it down and passed all the information on to the engineer. She also gave me information as to what would happen. I was very pleased with the outcome and will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

The staff was polite and friendly. Car was ready when I was told it would be even got a text message to confirm I could collect it when I was able.

A punctured tyre in peak tea time traffic, AA recovery requied and luckily close to HiQ, received a call by 9am the following morning, all done and at a reasonable price. 😊 A lovely, friendly, family business, thank you so much, recommend 💯 %

2 Tyres fitted okay but damage to the rim painted finish on 1 of the wheels.

Professional and friendly atmosphere. Would recommend them for any work to friends and family. Will not bother going anywhere else for servicing and maintenance.

Both receptionist Jess and manager George were efficient, friendly and obliging. All went smoothly with the fitting of my two new tyres in the neat and tidy garage. I would highly recommend HiQ Sheffield.

Decided to give my local HiQ Sheffield branch a try. Glad I did..Jess in reception was very helpful in pricing the work and booking me in and also was very welcoming. George the mechanic went out of his way to explain what was needed and would be done.
At last I have found a garage that I can trust that the work needed will be done.

I went to get my tyres changed without feeling like I was going to deal with a company that would try and rip me off (I'm a female driver with no clue about cars). George and Jess were just friendly, down-to-earth young people with honest intentions and were really easy going to deal with. They got my tyres ordered within a day and despite being mega busy, they got my car sorted in a very efficient manner. Definitely recommend and will be visiting again.

First class service, excellent communication, best price.

I had a screw in the front tyre, I’d provisionally booked for swapping both fronts (as 4WD). I explained when I arrived what the position was. The staff suggested they might be able to repair it, so would try that first. Came back 30 minutes later. Tyre repaired. £240 saved. What a result.

Excellent service, easy to book a slot on line first. A telephone call was also received shortly afterwards to confirm the booking. No need to pay until after the work has been completed. Friendly, relaxed and efficient. Will definitely use again.

My first and pleasant experience of HiQ. Tyres booked in advance. Email received to say they were ready. Visited for fitting, office clean and tidy and greeted by the friendly and jovial Jess. Left key while work undertaken. Newly shod, by George, car ready when I returned as promised, drove away a happy customer. Ace!!

I visited HiQ a few weeks ago with a completely flat tire. Even though they had just closed, they still helped out and got the tire sorted within half an hour. Even better, they repaired it for £25 instead of putting a new one on. Really lovely people and excellent service - thank you Jess and George :)

I left my MOT to the last minute and Jess kindly squeezed me in with George. She was very helpful, really friendly and helped me with all my questions. I’m not very good with cars. She was a credit to the company. I had a service as well and both was done promptly and professionally. Thank you.

I had great service from HiQ Tyres & Autocare Sheffield. I ordered the tyres online and got a call from Jess to sort out the most convenient time for me. The team were ready for me when I arrived and George did a great job of fitting the tyres and explaining the balance issues I was experiencing. The team were friendly and the service was efficient. I'd be happy to use HiQ again and can highly recommend them.
