Brilliant service from Jake and the team today at Somercotes for my MOT and service. This is my third visit and each time I’ve been impressed.

Excellent bunch of guys. Fast and efficient. Will definitely use these again. Can’t fault them at all

The staff, particularly Tom, were helpful and efficient. My particular problem was resolved exceptionally quickly.

The staff are always really helpful and pleasant. Even if there is no appointment made they always try and help you in some way.

Went for aircon recharge and Sean the manager was very helpful, didn't book, just turned up and he sorted it for me even though they were busy

Very helpful whenever I’ve gone in to either ask a question about my car or have a service and MOT nothing is too much trouble. I feel really confident my car is in safe hands.

I called by this morning concerned that my tyre pressure level was a little low. The manager (Sean) quickly sorted the issue out and i was on my way less than 5 minutes. I was very impressed how efficiently i was seen to and nothing was too much trouble at all.

Great service, spent best part of 30 minutes trying to identify my issue, which I suspected was a balance issue on tyre.
Once they found the problem, which wasn't a balance issue, they suggested the fault may be covered by my warranty, and to try that approach first to see if it was covered.
They also wouldn't take any payment..wow.
Can't reccomend these guys enough...

Had 4 tyres fitted as I had an issue with 3 of them constantly going down and losing pressure. They advised that my rims were corroded and they cleaned them up while fitting the new tyres. Great service by Shaun and the team. Thank you!

Efficient, Cheap and reliable
Went in to get my washers fixed and have 2 new front tyres.
Left car and was fixed within 3 hours. Something went wrong with the washers after and They kindly offered to fix it for free. Definitely recommend if you are needing something quickly fixed for a fair cost

We have been using Hiq now for the last 10 years for M.o t yearly services and any other car issues shaun is amazing 👏 always helpful polite and very professional
