I had a slow puncture in a tyre, HiQ found a tiny screw had caused this, removed it and repaired the tyre. Very good service.

You fitted me in at very short notice and replaced my punctured tyre on the same day. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Staff were very welcoming from the start. Easy to book in on the morning, and self check in very handy. Received a text message when car was ready to pick up, and again staff welcoming and friendly on pick up. Overall outstanding customer experience and will definitely be using again

Friendly staff, easy to book in at an agreed time.Garage was busy, so took a bit longer than expected.
However, all seems good.

Recently booked in for a MOT and engine service.
All 3 lads that I spoke to were helpful, friendly and welcoming.
I don’t know much about cars and when going to one of the ‘bigger’ garages last year felt I was messed around and charged more than I should have been.
This time, the lads spoke me through what was required and why and explained this which I appreciated.
Fair price too and will definitely be using these for all car required issues going forward.

I had a puncture in my rear tyre, Jason and his staff quickly and professionally repaired it for me. Great Service. In the tyre industry its always been the case that the fitting staff at the depots are the ones who deliver the service. They are the face of the tyre industry to most motorists. HI Q stafford good job.

Always use HIQ Stafford. Very easy going lads, no hard sell. Got some premium tyres at minimal extra cost over the ones I went in for.
Use the garage for both our vehicles, wife likes the ability to drive in when she has a tyre issue and the lads resolve inc. puncture repairs.

Needed an urgent repair to a tyre on a Ford Mondeo on Christmas Eve. Called into Stafford HiQ. Received immediate response from the technicians, who were polite, friendly and efficient.

Job completed after 20 minutes and then ready for my Christmas Day journey.
