Great service from the staff at Droitwich Road, Worcester, they were very helpful.

Stopped off late in the afternoon with no appointment after picking up a bolt in a tyre on my way home. I had to wait for a short time but they managed to fit me in and repair the tyre and have me safely on my way. The cost of the repair was also cheaper than I expected, so can't complain there either. Well done HiQ tyres, well impressed.

Great tyre choice to suit all budgets, ordered my tyres in very short time & fitted within quoted timescale at quoted price, what more could you want! Thank you HiQ

They only charge for what you need!

Kept upto date throughout the service and the fitting. The technician talked me through what they were doing before hand and put my mind at ease after bringing the car in for a major service and 2x tyres (recently purchased the car). Very busy sales counter, who were polite and helpful to each customer as they entered.

I booked the appointment for the front wheel alignment only in Worcester branch. It still waste me 3 hours time for waiting to adjust with my little baby. Finally nothing change for the alignment. No alignment record show before and after.

Next day i went to other garage to do the same front alignment only 20mins and wheel rotate as well. I have a doubt this shop nothing to do of my car and charge me alignment cost.

Called in near lunchtime as tyre pressure had come up ….. gentleman on reception big smile asked if there was a chance they had anybody free to check pressures and also tell me if I needed any new tyres . Yes we can do. Waited a few minutes and was asked to move my car to bay1 . Lovely guy called Ray sorted pressures and told me treads ok. . Big smile all the time and it is soooo cold out there .

Pretty unimpressed with the overall service. Booked two tyres to be fitted via Blackcircles plus wheel alignment. When I arrived at the branch I was told that this branch couldn't do the wheel alignment on a 4x4. (The guy on reception did then call Blackcircles to request a refund for me). The tyres were fitted within a hour, although nobody there was particularly polite. I had to go elsewhere for the wheel alignment. I then correctly diagnosed that one wheel was not balanced properly due to excessive vibrations and took the car elsewhere to have both wheels rebalanced. I won't be rushing back here.

thursday comes round we get apologies they busy etc come in at 1 friday
due to being messed about for three days friday comes we call, no cannot do 1 now needs to be 2.30 i could not make that time and frankly wanted to be sure due to the nature
monday fitted after appointment being booked the previous tuesday
thought i should be clear its one day under a week as you didnt have them ready Friday when you said you would

Totally gone down hill.

1 week with lots of broken promises to get two rear tyres that was supposed to be 24 hours think simply forgot to order, I gave order number and reg and guy kept saying different car then no call back after 3 chases, then they would get them 4 days late and as trust was eroded rang to check before going to be put back yet again. The manager basically said the online booking system means nothing, core staff there still great just issue with changing management, would think twice (see recent reviews) hopefully pick back up

At the MOT in May there was an advisory to change the tyres, the car was booked in, however on my arrival the staff were very rushed, having also booked inn for a wheel alignment check and a safety check, which hadn't been carried out and the car was put outside and I was told it was ready to go. At that point another customer reversed into the car, then I was handed the keys and told to sort it out with the insurance company. I was under the impression that while the car was in their charge they would be responsible for the car so overall not a good experience

Filled in the online form to book my car in for an MOT at the Worcester branch, picked 2 days to suit as requested, and those 2 days have now passed with no contact!
