Able to fit us in last minute for an MOT. Great service.

Service was great but the mechanic had forgotten he'd left my locking wheel nut on my wheel despite telling me it was in my boot. Good job I checked!

Found them to be extremely helpful and efficient and will certainly be using them again when my car needs any attention

Visited the Worcester branch and dealt with the Sales Manager who could not have been more accommodating. His knowledge and advice on differing Tyre Brands helped me make a decision outside of being steered by price point alone. The tyres were fitted, the fitter also showed me some tips to help me measure my own tread depths.

First class service, far more competitive than spending £100 extra per corner at BMW.

Needed new front tyres. Booked online. HiQ rang to explain the stock was not in when expected and offered an alternative but as it was not urgent i went with my original choice. I appreciated the call and the offer of an alternative at the same price.
On the day the service was excellent. Polite and helpful as ever with a quick turn around despite being very busy. All in all a very professional service at a good price. I will continue to use them whenever I need tyres.

I've been using this garage for the last 7 or so years and have not once been disappointed with their service. Their staff may change but the customer service ethics don't!! They are friendly, professional and good value for money, in fact I think they go above and beyond to ensure they give a quality service. A lot of businesses could learn a lot from the way HiQ in Worcester run theirs!! Thank you guys!!!!

I had a brilliant experience at HiQ. It was recommended by a friend. They were brilliant, especially Jason. He sorted out my service and MOT. The service was very efficient and very reasonably priced. Such a nice atmosphere there and not intimidating at all for any woman out there who have felt a certain way when being in a garage. Would highly recommend.

Booked for replacement of two tyres via web site. Spoke to Jason at Worcester branch to arrange timings. Jason suggested I go in first to check tyres required. On inspection Jason said a repair maybe all that is needed. Jason saved me over £200. Professional, friendly and efficient service. Excellent! Thank you!

I have used Hi-Q three times now for tyres and choose Falken Run Flats. Made by Sumitomo whom also own Dunlop & Goodyear. Over £60 per corner cheaper than BWM Authorized Dealerships. No swanky reception or an aesthetically pleasing receptionist when you walk through the door, just Keith in his blue boiler suit and chirpy smile, however Hi-Q have fitted perfectly every time!
