Had excellent service from Hirix, had an issue with what I thought was a missing item. Not only was I pleased with the quality of the products, they arrived on time and in good condition.

I ordered a garden set through Debenhams on 28.2.26, due for delivery 5.3.26. Item didnt arrive. No correspondence from Hirix at all. It finally turned up unannounced 10.3.26 good job I was home. Put item together to find a piece missing. As of today 14 April it has taken 3 weeks since I reported the issue to try and get this sorted. Firstly it was ‘we will send the missing piece which didnt arrive when stated, then told it would arrive 8 days later and then told the item was out of stock so I could have a 10% refund for an incomplete sofa! or return it. I was called 9 April to say they would collect today (14 April) and they haven’t. Absolutely appalled at the lack of service and communication!

I ordered a dinner set from via Debenhams and unfortunately it was damaged arrival. I rang Hirex International and spoke to Josef Hmar who was very polite and helpful in sorting this out by arranging a new dinner set to be sent and guided me on the phone the process in returning the damaged one.

The product unfortunately didn’t meet my expectations, which was disappointing. However, I want to highlight the excellent customer service I received from Mrinal.
Mrinal was helpful, professional, and supportive throughout the process. He clearly explained how to return the item, guided me step by step, and ensured everything was handled smoothly. Most importantly, he made sure my refund was processed promptly.
While the product wasn’t right for me, the customer service experience – especially thanks to Mrinal – was outstanding.

I recently had an issue of the wrong item sent..I cannot rate the staff highly enough...especially Josef Hmar...the service provided was excellent, he strived to resolve my problem despite several difficulties...excellent customer service and care, polite and personable, he made resolving a problem a pleasure to deal with...thank you Josef!!!

We had issues with part of our delivery, communication with the company was quick and easy, very responsive and we received our part refund promptly. The order we did receive was exactly what we expected and we are very happy with the chairs.
5* customer service
I had what I thought was a quality issue with a product I'd bought from this manufacturer off Wowcher.
I emailed and in less than 24 hours had a response asking for photos of the problem. Once the photos were sent within minutes there was a 5 or 6 step solution to the problem and if this did not work a refund or replacement was offered.
Luckily the 5 step solution worked and I can use my glass tupperware with no problems.
