Ayr store -fantastic service
I’ve only had to use the Ayr store on 3 occasions and I must say that the staff are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. 10/10 experience on each occasion.

Very good experience from order to collection
Order delivered to shop very promptly and notification process very informative. Shop pickup also without fault and staff member polite and helpful

Great service from friendly HMV staff
HMV staff in Ayr were super helpful and professional without being pushy. They helped me with ordering in a DVD and finding a set of headphones, and both turned out to be perfect. Shopping in store is so much better than online, and HMV shows how it's done. We need our High Streets, where you can strike up a conversation in a shop or a café. Support your local retailers!

Warped LP
Bought an LP that was warped ( 1st time in50 years of buying LPs) bought from from the shop so I took it back, (didn’t have another) no argument replaced like for like. Delivered to my home for free.
The staff were very good.
New LP is perfect.

I was delighted with the service I received from hmv staff, jay helped me with my order and he was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable but most of all he was very approachable and I would be more than happy to shop with hmv again

Waited 5 days
Waited 5 days, as no email of order being delivered to the store. The item had been despatched on decoy day after order.
Went into store and it was waiting for me to pick up, the confirmation email was sent to the wrong email address.
I got the product but not as smooth a process as previous.
