The pleasure of shopping
I was very pleased with my visit to HMV.

Online order damaged and exchanged in store
Ordered 4 pops. 2 were damaged during packing. Phoned customer services to reserve replacements in store. Exchanged in store. Whole process was easy. Staff on phone and in store very helpful and pleasant.

I’ve been going to the HMV Belfast’s for 30 years
I’ve been going to the HMV Belfast megastore for the better part of 30 years on and off. The first time was with my dad, and now with adult money I spend a ridiculous amount in here on 4K UHD Blu-ray DVDs. The staff are always super helpful, especially the girls from TikTok who are doing the company proud with their advertising.
I’d be lost without this store. It’s sad how the shop floor has shrunk to the back corner now, and the 4K UHD area can be a bit tricky to find what you want as it’s not really in alphabetical order. Still, I love this place it’s my second home on payday.
Belfast has not got many good shops this is the most excellent as bill and ted would say.

The young man was excellent
The young man was excellent, looked interested and was friendly and explained everything well, will definitely be back, even my younger daughter was impressed. Our visit was the 20th of September

Good experience
A very helpful young man checked and ordered 2 dvds that I was looking for. I did not expect it to be so easy, they were ordered and delivered to my door as I would not be in Belfast again anytime soon.
It is great to know that I can do this again so easily.
