Ordered an Lp and it was there to…
Ordered the new Paul McCartney Lp and it was there to collect as the e mail stated,
Staff in store was polite and on the ball to make sure I had everything I needed.
HMV staff at the bullring are welcoming and so helpful.
10/10 to staff

Went to the office store for the Robyn…
Went to the office store for the Robyn album signing they managed to queue perfectly and handle the customers even though the artist was running late communication was effective and the security staff were friendly and checked in on everybody

Excellent service from when I ordered up until I went into the store to collect my order. The lady was nice. She had dark hair, glasses and a great sense of humour! Just what you need after the extortionate parking charges!

Helpful store workers & communication.
The gentleman in the Birmingham store looked up availability when not in store and checked the cost benefit against individual series. He explained it would be four to five days and they could hold it to collect for a week or so. It all went smooth including communication by emails.
