We liked that my son who hASD and…
We liked that my son who has ASD and anxiety could come in to our local store he could order his film an know on release date they’d email us to collect it ready as he prefers collect in store than post as it is part of practicing his independence skills an he also likes to see what new collectibles you have in store for us we had a positive experience

Went to pick up film
Went to pick up film, with my receipt and my email, then told need photo of my self. Took some time to get my order as was told no photo no film. Look if I use my phone and have proper receipt with email,, then why do you have to have a photo. Stupid idea that was, next time you can deliver to my address and not the shop.

When collecting an order from one of our stores we do ask for the order confirmation and photo ID just to make sure we are handing over the goods to the correct person. Inconsistency, and annoying
I came to collect my CDs from in store I didn’t have my ID so I was declined. I had to came back the next day with my ID, and she didn’t even ask me for my ID and allowed me to collect them?

Customer service at Bradford is…
Customer service at Bradford is shocking...I asked a girl on the till if my order had cone in as I was passing and it was 23rd Dec. .she coldly said if you haven't had an email then no...I said if it doesn't Co e tomorrow 24th Dec, what can I do, do I have an alternative. She just stared at me and shrugged her shoulders...didn't give a damn...I didn't get my order for xmas!
Never again will I use online HMV.

I always have great experience from all the staff at HMV stores in Bradford and Leeds (Wakefield too before it's closure years ago)
