Efficient and easy!
The online order process was easy, and arranging collection from my local store was simplicity itself! Kept up to date on progress via regular emails, and my order arrived a day earlier than I had expected!
This is why I still use HMV if I need to order some CDs.
Oh, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly!

I was dealt with by a warm and friendly person in your store. My order would be collected by myself and the notification of its arrival was received promptly. When I returned to your store my order was soon sorted and I was asked if there was anything else. I would be very glad to order from you again.

Great buying experience but slightly delayed delivery
Easy to navigate the site and make the purchases which were both delivered to a house and for collection from a store. Communication was good so we knew that both packages would be delayed. Packages delivered according to new timescale as notified by email, and store pick up (Bury) excellent.

Click and Collect CD
Ordered a CD online with click and collect. Kept informed, via email, and the item was delivered on time. When I collected the item from the store the staff member was very helpful and handed over the item in a few minutes.
