Wonderful atmosphere
Wonderful atmosphere, every cd etc where placed perfectly. Very polite staff. Very excited with the new location of HMV in Canterbury

The experience that made it great was…
The experience that made it great was going into a store, speaking to shop staff, having someone discuss the process and ordering the film for me in the store.
I’m quite capable of ordering from Amazon or Zavvi online, however, going into a physical store having a browse is why anyone goes to HMV.
Friendly personnel, I’m very glad HMV is back in Canterbury.
