The ordering process online was not…
The ordering process online was not easy, it wasn't letting me go to payment, I later discovered that I had to click the adress for payment. Which was not easy to see.
The Experience of receiving my order was much easier and the staff were excellent and I didnt have to wait long at all to be served, thank you so much for a pleasant experience when collecting my order.

The man on the till was very rude
The man on the till was very rude. I told him I had a parcel to collect and he just said “size?”. I asked him what he meant and he said “obviously the parcel size”. I think that’s a very weird question for somebody to ask so unsure why he had attitude about it.

Very helpful staff in store, the product I wanted wasn't in stock so thy ordered it to be delivered to store.
Frequent updates of order status, and collected in store 5 days later.

Normally shop in store as staff are friendly and helpful but item not available so was advised to go to website

Easy listening and easy buying experience
I have bought several vinyl records from HMV either on line or in store and this is the only place I would buy my vinyl. I have bought 2 LPs from a well know on line giant and both stop part way through so Never using them again. HMV delivery on time and quality so no need to look elsewhere for my vinyl
