Really helpful staff at HMV Glasgow
Really helpful staff at HMV Glasgow. Ordered the album for daughter's Christmas for me, when couldn't find it on shelves. Emails updated me regularly and item arrived in store promptly. Good service all round.

Superb service
The service I received was first class as always at this HMV store. The friendly assistant dealt with my on-line purchase in a most efficient manner which is typical of the staff within these premises.

Shop assistant was able to locate difficult to find DVDs which all had to be ordered separately. I received regular updates when each one arrived and was able to collect them together to very happy

Pre ordered David gilmour blu ray dvd no delivery on release date as hmv informed of lack of stock from supplier took over a week for delivery to be made .
What’s the point of pre ordering you take the money but can’t deliver really !!!

I was trying to get an album for my son…
I was trying to get an album for my son and found it impossible to find the artist Glaive’s albums anywhere so I asked at the till and the young girl was very helpful, made it quick and easy to get it ordered for me, no fuss, great customer care and it arrived quickly so I was very happy with all aspects of the service, thank you, Kelly

I've been shopping at HMV for ages
I've been shopping at HMV for ages. The selection is great, and the prices are still decent. I do wish they did more and better deals on Blu-rays, and CDs, but overall, I'm a regular customer
