I got my madonna cd on time & in great condition but there was a lot of cardboard for just one cd I haven't listened to it yet but I will soon I am a big fan of madonna

Ordering online was very easy and picking it up in store was easy and staff were lovely . Very happy with the experience all round .

Lochlan was a life saver!
I had an amazing experience at HMV Braehead thanks to a staff member called Lochlan. I was desperately trying to find a Jeff Buckley vinyl as a last-minute gift for my partner, but the team let me know it wouldn’t be back in stock for a few days due to its popularity. Since I was heading back to London the next day, I thought I’d missed my chance.
But then Lochlan went above and beyond, he actually had the vinyl reserved for himself and so kindly offered it to me instead. Such genuine kindness and absolutely fantastic customer service. He was an absolute lifesaver, and I really hope he gets his copy as soon as it comes back in stock because he truly deserves it!

Thanks for leaving us a review, we’re so sorry to hear of the delay in receiving a collection email for your order at the Glasgow Braehead store though. Orders into our stores come directly from our suppliers and usually take around 7 - 10 working days to arrive, provided the item is in stock.
So that we can look into this fully and get you the best answer, Please contact us at support.hmv.com and provide us with as much info about your experience as possible.
We’ll then take a look and get back to you as soon as possible.
