Shopping experience
The staff were very polite , friendly and helpful .
My order arrived exactly when the assistant said it would.Also the music playing in the store when I was there was not too loud.

i ordered and it was ready to collect…
i ordered and it was ready to collect when i wanted it. the shop team at hastings were well organised and it only took a couple of minutes to collect

Great service and amazing selection
Great service and amazing selection. Prompt delivery too and nicely packed. This was an online order but staff in store are always nice and helpful.

I have been shopping there for many, many years, and will continue to do for many years to come.
Hastings HMV is my local store, and the staff in there are terrific! You couldn't ask for more fantastic people. The service has always been impeccable, and shopping there is always a real pleasure.

The ear buds I purchased didn’t work
The ear buds I purchased didn’t work, they didn’t connect so I had to go back to store - to be fair the staff did then reorder them for me which is good but I’ll need to return again and I live forty minutes away
