Great experience big helpful from a member off staff in Kingston store I was looking a new DVD the member of staff straight away offering me help and ordering for me DVD she was very nice really sorry can't remember her name 😀 please say thank you to kingston staff 😀

An order from Kingston branch
I placed an order for some CD's on the Monday or Tuesday and had then by the Friday of the same week. HMV also kept me informed, via e-mail, of the progress of my order.

A very positive experience
Very helpful member of staff who ordered the CD for me. I was kept informed by email when it arrived at the store to be picked up.
On the day, again the staff were friendly and professional. A positive experience all round.
This was the first time that I shopped in store since HMV opened at the Bentall Centre.

Another Great Experience at Kingston
The team I spoke to we’re very friendly, when I was browsing vinyl I was approached by very friendly member of staff who asked if I wanted any help I explained I was enjoying myself looking through the vinyl, and I was left alone, which was much appreciated.
I was given a card with one of the sales assistance name on it. Unfortunately I lost it l, which is a shame that I can’t name the very helpful and friendly staff member.
