Lincoln is a great HMV store.

The staff in the Lincoln are very knowledgeable and always very friendly and helpful. Between them they also cover all generations and genres. I go in there so often that I am now on first name terms with all of the staff.

I always find what I need

I always find what I need, great prices items arrive on time well packaged and staff in the shop in Lincoln always helpful.

Excellent HMV Lincoln store

Excellent HMV store staff very pleasant very professional always available to assist I have used the click & collect service in store & online recently no problems with the service Highly recommended store

The staff are always very polite

The staff are always very polite, friendly and helpful me and my wife are in there at least twice a week and it's always a good environment we probably do there heads in but they always cheer us up in a way we love checking the collectors editions blu rays section to see what's new in or what we've missed on previous visits it's just a pleasure going into the store which has such great people working for it because not everywhere is like that.

Pink Floyd cd

Great service quick delivery wasn’t sure if it would arrive in time for Christmas but it did the cd I ordered I couldn’t get any where else without pre ordering it so was pleased when these had it in will definitely buy from them again

Went to the Lincoln store on the 6th of…

Went to the Lincoln store on the 6th of December spoke to a really helpful man they didn't have what I wanted but ordered it for me so easy

The item I wanted was not in stock but.....…

The item I wanted was not in stock at the store but there were some available elsewhere. The sales assistant promptly ordered what I was looking for and arranged for delivery to my home address where it arrived just two days later.

What more could I ask for?

The customer assistant instore was very…

The customer assistant instore was very helpful. I went in every day for a 4 days to see if a cd was in stock for my daughter. He checked stock even before I went into the store. When I did go in he told me there was no stock in store but had checked on line and cd was avaliable, he then ordered for me.
Thank you my daughter was very happy

Great staff, great service.

The Lincoln store staff were so very helpful when the size of item wasn't in store stock, and set up home delivery direct from depot. Great staff and great service.

I did an in line order it was a easy to navigate and very quick to pick up at my local store.
Great service from staff for a quick collection.
