I couldn't find the new stray kids album but when I asked at the desk they found it behind the counter. The staff member was brilliant.

Customer service is top
Customer service at the Livingston store is always exceptional, staff very willing to help. No pressure selling freedom to browse without being hounded, when you approach and ask for help they're knowledgeable and friendly.
